Behind every brand in the House of Wagyu is a team that chose this work for the same reason: the conviction that what we are building matters, and that it requires people who care enough to do it properly.

We are a small team. We intend to remain one.

We hire for alignment - people who understand the product, the market, and the standard we are working to. The distance between a remarkable outcome and a merely good one is made up entirely of decisions made by people who care deeply about the difference. Our team is the evidence of that.
